PRE-SCHOOL BIRTHDAY BASH

Ages 3-5

  • 90 Minute Party

  • Includes instruction by a TPAC party coordinator and an assistant

  • Up to 15 guests

  • 70 minutes of dance, and drama set to one of our exciting themes:

    • Pirates

    • Princesses​

    • Animals

    • Superhero

    • Frozen Fairytales

    • On the Move

    • Choose your own

  • 15 minutes for cake and ice-cream

  • Optional short performance of a musical number during the last five minutes of the party

DANCE PARTY

Grades K and Up

  • 90 Minute Party

  • Includes instruction by a TPAC party coordinator and an assistant

  • Up to 15 guests

  • 30 minutes learning fun choreography

  • 40 minutes of popular dance games

  • 15 minutes for cake and ice-cream

  • Short performance of a choreographed routine during the last five minutes of the party

  • Can be combined with our Drama Party!

COST: $300

DRAMA PARTY

Grades K and Up

  • 90 Minute Party

  • Includes instruction by a TPAC party coordinator and an assistant

  • Up to 15 guests

  • 65 minutes of popular drama activities such as:

    • Freeze Tag

    • Park Bench

    • Bus Stop

    • Silly Skits 

    • Performance prep

  • 15 minutes for cake and ice-cream

  • Short performance of skits and/or or Improv games during the last ten minutes of the party

  • Can be combined with a Dance Party!

MUSICAL REVIEW

Grades 2 and Up

  • 2 Hour Party

  • Includes instruction by a TPAC party coordinator and an assistant

  • Up to 15 guests

  • Choose your theme:

    • Aladdin

    • Alice in Wonderland

    • Annie

    • Frozen

    • High School Musical

    • The Lion King

    • The Little Mermaid

    • Newsies

  • 60 minutes of performance preparation where the Birthday Kid plays the starring role in a 3-4 song singing and dancing musical revue!

  • 30 minutes of popular dance and drama games

  • 20 minutes for cake and ice-cream​

  • 10 minute performance of 3-4 musical numbers from the selected theme at the end of the party

  • Use of pre-selected costume pieces

COST: $375

MINI-MUSICAL

Grades 4+

  • 2.5 Hour Party

  • Includes instruction by a TPAC party coordinator and an assistant

  • Up to 15 guests

  • Choose your theme:

    • Aladdin

    • Alice in Wonderland

    • Annie

    • Frozen

    • Hamilton

    • High School Musical

    • The Lion King

    • The Little Mermaid

    • Newsies

  • 90 minutes of performance preparation where the Birthday Kid plays the starring role!

  • 25 minutes of popular dance and drama games

  • 15 minutes for cake and ice-cream​

  • 20 minute low-key performance where every guest will sing and dance as a group and have spoken lines!

  • Use of pre-selected costume pieces

HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK?  A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your party.  The balance of your party is due and payable at party check-in.  Your deposit is transferable to another available date/time if requested more than 14 days before your scheduled party date/time. 


​WHAT'S INCLUDED?

  • Use of the TPAC fridge, freezer, tables, and chairs.  

  • Rectangular tables that are 5 feet and 6 feet in length (a typical party with 15 guests requires 3 tables).  

  • TPAC supplies a cake knife and matches.

  • 15 guests (not including the birthday child and up to 2 sibling participants). 

ADD-ONS

  • Add $50 for up to 20 guests and add $95 for up to 25 guests.  TPAC requires a commitment to the maximum number of guests 5 days in advance of the party.

  • Add pizza for an additional fee!

  • Light up wands are $5 per guest 

WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE?
Birthday family has use of the studio 15 minutes prior to the party and 15 minutes after the party.

WHERE ARE THE PARTIES HELD?

We are located at 31 Union Avenue in Sudbury in the Chiswick Park Plaza.  Click here for directions to our studio.  Parties may take place in our Main Space or The Loft, which is three doors down from our Main Space location through the Field House entrance.  The Loft is on the second floor with no elevator access.  

WHAT CAN WE BRING? 

  • Decorations

  • Cake and/or ice-cream

  • Drinks

  • Paper goods

  • Candles

  • Any food items you want to serve

WHAT NOT  TO BRING

  • Anything containing nuts or tree nuts (we are a peanut- and nut-free facility).  

Pinatas are not permitted at the studio.


CAN WE ADD MORE TIME FOR PIZZA AND/OR CAKE?

We are happy to provide extra time for pizza and cake within the time frame of your booked party.

ARE GUESTS REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER?

Every participating guest who enters our facility must complete and sign a waiver upon arrival.  All guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. 

ARE PARTIES PRIVATE OR ARE THERE OTHER ACTIVITIES GOING ON AT THE STUDIO?

There is always a chance that there will other TPAC activities going on during your party, however you will have exclusive use of the birthday room.
