Let's Party!
HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?
​
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your party. The balance of your party is due and payable prior to the party. Your deposit is transferable to another available date/time if requested more than 14 days before your scheduled party date/time.
​WHAT'S INCLUDED?
-
Use of the TPAC fridge, freezer, tables, and chairs.
-
Rectangular tables that are 8 feet in length (we recommend 1 tablecloth for every 8 guests).
-
TPAC supplies a cake knife and matches.
-
15 guests including the birthday child and participating siblings.

ADD-ONS
-
Add $50 for up to 20 guests and add $95 for up to 25 guests. TPAC requires a commitment to the maximum number of guests 3 days in advance of the party.​
WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE?
Birthday family has use of the studio 15 minutes prior to the party and 15 minutes after the party.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

Anything containing nuts or tree nuts (we are a peanut- and nut-free facility).

Pinatas are not permitted at the studio.

ARE GUESTS REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER?
Every participating guest who enters our facility must complete and sign a waiver upon arrival. All guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian.

ARE PARTIES PRIVATE OR ARE THERE OTHER ACTIVITIES GOING ON AT THE STUDIO?
There is always a chance that there will other TPAC activities going on during your party, however you will have exclusive use of the birthday room.
