Careers

The Performing Arts Connection is a dynamic and thriving dance and performing arts studio that is proudly in its 17th season.  At TPAC, our team is made up of vibrant, positive and engaged staff members.  We work in a collaborative, supportive and encouraging environment where we embrace a team mentality. Team members draw upon their natural friendliness and authentic warm selves to contribute to TPAC’s supportive culture and the result is that our studio families have an incredible experience every step of the way.  If you want to be a part of an arts organization that makes an impact in the lives of students of all ages, then we want to hear from you.

We are always looking for experienced teachers.  Enjoyment in teaching a variety of styles, levels, and ages, ability to communicate effectively, and flexibility in meeting individual student needs and goals is a must.  We are seeking to hire career-minded, long-term employees who have a stand-out work ethic and desire to grow.

Parent Testimonial

"My priority as a mom is to find and create opportunities to build the self-esteem of my kids, while also helping them learn and understand humility and gratitude.  One of the reasons I was so drawn to TPAC from the very first phone call was because it felt like your core values in your business were very similar to what I prioritize as a parent.  So I thank you again for doing what you do and doing it so well.”
